Welcome to New Reviews!

We are an independent music review site, dedicated to bringing all you lovely people the hottest new up and coming artists. Whether signed, unsigned or headlining the O2 Arena – We will write about them.
New Reviews begun back in 2009, from a simple idea to boost music on the Isle of Wight. Although, just like the World Wide Web, we don’t just write about bands from the Island a couple of us live on. Music is everywhere, wherever you go. Shops, clubs, restaurants, your Nan’s Micra… Yeah, you get the picture.

To get to the gigs we want to write about, we need your help! If you read a review you love, or saw a music video that got you hooked, then you can say a little thank you by clicking here. We want to get bigger and better, until everyone knows who we are. Then we have an excuse to buy those glasses with nose and moustaches…

We are very friendly, and make sure we are fair, and honest in all of our reviews. If you’re a solo singer, or you’re in a band, just email us and see what we can do to help! Just starting out? We will help promote you and your music. Whether by featuring your music video, spreading the love on our facebook and Twitter, interviewing you, or reviewing your loveliness. We will do our very best. We are currently in the middle (ish) stages of organising our first ever gigs, and if you think you would like to take part, then let us know! We want to hear from you!

**Please note, CDs will not be returned unless a stamped addressed envelope is provided. Also, CDs with not enough postage will not be collected, and CDs that are posted from outside the UK need to be marked as ‘Gift’ or they will not be retrieved this end due to high fees**
