.: Music Of The Month| Bright As Vegas

This young bunch have been showing the Isle of Wight music scene something different, something fresh; and unique. The four piece, female fronted pop-punk/alternative band formed in the late days of 2008 and have huge aspirations for times to come. Just to give you a gist of who they are... BAV is made up of:
Hope (Lead vocals/Guitar), Sam M (Guitar/Vocals), Sam W (Bass/Vocals) and Scott (Drums/Vocals).

These musical wonders have played with some awesome bands such as Not Advised, Kids Can't Fly, The City Calls, Floors and Walls and Goodbye Stereo. What is not to love? Throw all these bands together; a fat man in a red suit, and Christmas is complete already. Stuff the Xbox, (not literally, we will not be taken responsible for any injuries!) and get out to a gig with these guys... Which by the way, you can! (Oh, what a coincidence!)...

You can catch Bright As Vegas on the 20th May at The Talking Heads in Portswood, Southampton. They are playing along with You Had Me At Hello, Thursdays Bad Luck, Get Your Ass To Mars and RPG.
