New reviews is awesome.
It's nice to see a reviews site that takes the time to check
out local music and bands, and especially to see a site with
so much content.
It was incredible for a young band like ourselves to be
given a slot for an interview, and a music of the month
feature AND even a shout out for a gig!
Bright As Vegas

New Reviews should be any local band's first port of call. We were
extremely pleased with the article and review they wrote on our E.P.
They wrote us an honest and professional piece, whilst still keeping
it light-hearted and at times amusing. They obviously took great
care in not just listening to our EP, but also researching the band
and taking an interest in us and transmitting that into their piece.
Their review was not only well written and detailed but also perfect
for fitting in with our press pack. We highly recommend that any
bands reading-get in touch!

With a friendly, fun and professional bunch of interview and review
personnel who aren't afraid to speak their minds and still try their
hardest to push every band they come into contact with, New Reviews
certainly is a fantastic opportunity for any up-and-coming local
band to get themselves out there. Be sure to send whatever you've
got to them for a professional, thorough and honest opinion, and be
sure to get in contact with them for down-to-earth, fun interviews!

I think New Reviews has a great thing going for them, and the longer
they push these artists that they showcase on their site, they're
only going to get bigger with a longer list of artists to promote.
I have never had a personal review written about one of my projects
until New Reviews, and I felt like they were spot on from my sound
and influence, to even being able to point out a song that I
personally "almost took off of that cd because I felt like it didn't
fit, but I also felt like the song was too strong to just be
shelved." So you can only imagine how I felt when they felt the
EXACT same way. Their review gave me that reassurance that I needed
to know that I'm taking my music the right direction, and I can't
wait to send in my next project and get another great "New Review!"

Just e-mailing to say a big thanks for the
great review that Suzie recently gave our new single 'Blinded By
You'. It was well balanced and very succinctly written. We are
always happy to submit our music to New Reviews and wish you all
every success with it. I think Suzie will go far if she continues
showing such enthusiasm for new and up and coming bands, a very

When I was asked by my UK PR person Tom Brumpton if I wanted to pay
for a review on my music, my first thought was no, mainly because I
thought some big corporation was going to get the money. I decided
to look into it and read about New Reviews and saw that it was a few
writers working really hard for what they love to do at little cost.
I thought, Oh yeah, I definitely want to support these people and
their work; after all, people support me as a song writer and I
thought it appropriate to spread the love here. Well, I didn't
realize that I was so lucky to have this incredible person listen to
my music and write about it. I am so gracious and it brightened my
day at how incredibly lovely it was. Such an intimate review, I
couldn't ask for more love. I am so grateful and honoured to be
written about in such a nice way. Cheers to you all and especially
Suzie Kidger. I highly recommend a review for anyone and also think
that Suzie's donations should be much higher. The quality of writing
